Can the price go up later?

No. The total you see before confirming stays tied to your order. If extra work turns out to be needed, the professional proposes it in the app and doesn't start until you approve — that extra is added separately and you see it before accepting.

How do I pay?

In cash, when the work is done. You and the professional each confirm the payment, and the order closes once both have marked it. Card payment is coming later.

Can I choose the professional?

You don't need to. We assign someone vetted and available near your address; you see their name, rating and distance. Everyone passed the same document and exam checks.

What if I'm not home at the agreed time?

The professional writes in the order chat and waits. If they can't reach you, the order can be rescheduled; a last-minute cancellation does carry a fee, and we warn you before you confirm it.

Can I cancel or move the order?

Yes, free of charge while the professional hasn't set off to your address. After that a cancellation carries a fee, which you'll see on screen before confirming.

What if something gets damaged?

Report it within four days of payment, with photos, from the order itself. An operator reviews the case and decides: a free redo, a partial refund or a full refund, depending on what happened.

Who is the person coming into my home?

A vetted professional: national ID and tax registration, a practical exam and an operator's approval before their first job. And before they arrive, the order shows you their name, rating and how far away they are.

Can I order for my parents or for another address?

Yes. You build the order and follow the status and photos from your phone; whoever is at the address receives the professional and pays in cash at the end.
