What if the professional doesn't show up?
The order is reassigned or rescheduled, and you pay nothing. A professional who fails without notice loses access to orders.
Can I request the same professional again?
Yes. When repeating an order you can tick "same professional" — if they're free in your window, the job is theirs.
What happens between confirming and arrival?
Everything shows in the order: assigned, confirmed, set off, arrived. There's also a chat — for the door code or any last-minute detail.
